“Truly this is the land where the eagles gather. Truly it is a place where the ascended masters have come, where Glastonbury and the place of the ancient Druids and the sign of the seasons recorded at Stonehenge and the work and light of Francis Bacon and Thomas More may be sealed and protected in the fire of the rock, in the heart of the mountain…”

— Lanto and Confucius

08Surrounded by white-capped mountains, we indeed are, here in this picture-perfect place. One can safely say that there is no other place like it. Those who live here know that we all have a real purpose: we are not here simply to retire — there is so much that needs to be done! Holding the balance for the planet is no easy task, or something to be taken lightly for those of us who know the teachings of the Masters. But we are not alone, there are others who have come, for their own reasons.

We have a number of younger families, with children who attend Thomas More School, a school that is a model of education for the Golden Age. A lovely chapel serves our spiritual needs, where we offer praise and gratitude for the many blessings we have received here. There is a newly remodeled Community Center for the youth and other community gatherings. Grandma’s Attic is open on Saturdays, offering great bargains. Down the road, the soccer field offers the boys and girls of Paradise Valley an opportunity to learn skills and good sportsmanship.

28We are a diverse group of people: talented artists, musicians, composers, writers, computer experts, business men and women. We also have more naturopaths, chiropractors, technologists, caregivers and alternative medical providers in this area than most places.

A white statue of Mother Mary holding the infant Jesus presides on a hill overlooking the valley. Pilgrims walk the Fourteen Stations of the Cross to reach this shrine surrounded by trees.

We are a community in progress — hardly finished, but waiting for those souls who are intended to join us here in Paradise. There is much to be done. It is said, as Glastonbury goes, so goes America and the world. We invite you to join us.
